If you feel you have nothing to offer or not bright enough to do anything worthwhile, just wait a few months and try again. Quite a few well-known people were ignored or even rejected when they tried to do what they thought was their innate talent. For example, Albert Einstein did not speak until he was 4 years old, and his parents were told that he would be too slow to achieve anything in life. Walt Disney was dismissed from working for a newspaper as he lacked creativity, and had absolutely no imagination or original ideas. The Beatles were turned away from a recording studio when they tried to record their first record. The teachers of Thomas Edison told him he was too stupid to learn anything at all. And the author J.K. Rowling started to write the Harry Potter books, she was a single mother raising a toddler, and her first Harry Potter book was refused 12 times before a hopeful publisher decided to publish it. So, please never give up, but persevere.
