I am sharing today something
completely different. A local baker and lecturer at the Institute of Tourism
Studies in Malta has been creating ingenious creations from chocolate. His
latest creation is a replica of the Titanic.

Others include a train, displayed at
Bruges in Belgium and a bus, also displayed this past weekend at a Chocolate
Fair in Hamrun, The artist-baker is Andrew Farrugia. Please enlarge the photos
to see see more details. I have no idea who will eat all this chocolate.
