Sharing with you today some
photos of a recent international exhibition of Mosaiculture, held in Montreal,
Canada. Mosaiculture is a refined horticultural art that involves creating and
mounting living artworks made primarily from plants with colorful foliage,
generally annuals and occasionally perennials. Interior watering systems were
added so that the flowers could last all through the summer. Over 50 works
grace the 2.2 kilometres circuit through the Montreal Botanical Gardens. Over
200 horticulturists are taking part, from 20 different countries that include
Turkey and Uganda, China and Japan.
